I have not received goods. What can I do?

How long promised time?

Standard shipping 8-25 days arrived generally.If you haven't received the package for more than 30 days, we will give you a full refund

Express shipping 3-9 days arrived generally. If you haven't received the package for more than 15 days, we will give you a full refund

The product I received does not match the description. What can I do ?

How to check my refund?
The method of the refund relies on the method of the payment. For instance, if you used credit card to pay, the refund will be processed to the same card with which the payment was made.Generally, the refund will be received in 3-20 business days.
