Buyer can Return or exchange within 30 days from the delivered date for any reason.

Request:
1. Items received within 30 days from the delivered date.
2. Items received unused, undamaged and in original package.
3. About Return shipping fee. If the product has quality problems, we pay the cost of return. If the product is returned without quality problems, the buyer shall pay the cost of return.

How to return parcel?

1. Log in to your account:  In the * * Email * * field, enter your email and click * * Continue * *.

2. In your email account, open the email from our store and copy the six digit verification code included in the email.

3. Return to the online store and enter the six digit verification code.

4. Click on the order to submit the return.

5. If your order contains multiple items, please select the item you want to return.

6. Select the return reason and add a note for the store to view.

7. Click on * * Apply for Return * *. If your return request is approved and requires shipment, you will receive an email containing shipping instructions and return shipping labels. After returning the product, you will receive a refund.
